At BALTANY, have always valued our customers' trust and the integrity of our brand. After verification, we noticed that some BALTANY dealers failed to fully comply with our distribution policy when dealing in BALTANY brand products.This resulted in an adverse impact on the BALTANY brand.

In our commitment to protect the interests of our valued customers and the integrity of the BALTANY brand, we hereby announce the official termination of authorization for the following distributor stores effective from September 1,2023. Any products sold by these stores after September 1,2023, are not associated with the BALTANY brand in any manner. We kindly request our customers to exercise due diligence and purchase BALTANY watches exclusively from stores with authorized distributor status.

Watches purchased before August 31,2023, from the following marketplaces and platforms, may still seek assistance in the event of after-sales inquiries by reaching out to support@baltany.com.
